Who we are
The Church of A New Revelation began its powerful journey on May 3, 2009, in a small storefront located at 13816 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33138. With just 20 faithful members, Prophet Vilner Eugene, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, opened his mouth—and souls began to come to Christ. The presence and power of God were so mighty that within six months, the place was overflowing. What began as a humble beginning quickly became a spiritual movement.
Every message preached ignited hearts, transformed lives, and attracted those hungry for truth. It wasn’t charisma—it was divine calling and heavenly authority that filled the house every time the Word was released.
After four years of faithful ministry, God honored the labor and enlarged the territory. The church moved into its current location at 8850 NW 22nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33147—a beautiful and spacious sanctuary where the glory continues to dwell. From 20 members to now over 400 strong, the Church of A New Revelation stands as living proof that when God gives a vision, He also sends provision.

Our vision is to see people of all nationalities and backgrounds united in worship, embracing the love of God beyond imperfections. Prophet Vilner Eugene, born in St. Louis du Nord, Haiti, and raised in Miami, Florida, is a distinguished spiritual leader with a lifelong commitment to both public service and divine purpose. Before founding his own ministry, he served faithfully for a decade at Samarie Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rodin Alexis, where he held roles as a worship leader, Sunday school teacher, and evangelist—all while working as a dedicated police officer. Now retired from law enforcement, Prophet Eugene continues to impact lives with intellectual depth, prophetic insight, and an unwavering passion to win souls for the Kingdom of God, alongside his beloved wife Yolene and their three children.
